Strawberry Donuts

Strawberry Donuts
Strawberry donut recipe! Quick and easy with a donut maker for a fun morning treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- pinch of Nutmeg
- 2/3 cup White granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt (room temperature)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, or use a donut maker. Spray two donut pans (or muffin tins) with baking non-stick spray
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set Aside
- In a seperate bowl, mix the sugar, eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined
- Pour the batter into a piping bag (or ziplock bag) and pipe the batter into the donut pan. It should be 2/3s full of batter.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let donuts sit in the pan for 5 minutes until transferring to a cooling rack.
