Randy’s seafood boil recipe!

Ingredients

  • 5 lb small red potatoes
  • 14 quarts water
  • 1 six oz container of old bay
  • 1 three oz package of Zatarains crawfish, shimp, and crab boil seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
  • 4 kielbasa sausages (2 andouille)
  • 12 ears of corn cut into halves
  • 5 lb shrimp (unpeeled)

Instructions

  1. Add water, potatoes and all spices. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 10 minutes
  2. Add sausage and corn. Return to boil and cook for 10 minutes
  3. Add shrimp, add an extra quart of water if needed. When returns to a rolling boil drain food set aside. Ladle over some stock for seasoning.
  4. Enjoy!
