Outta Bounds Seafood Boil!

Beef and Broccoli
Randy’s seafood boil recipe!
Ingredients
- 5 lb small red potatoes
- 14 quarts water
- 1 six oz container of old bay
- 1 three oz package of Zatarains crawfish, shimp, and crab boil seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
- 4 kielbasa sausages (2 andouille)
- 12 ears of corn cut into halves
- 5 lb shrimp (unpeeled)
Instructions
- Add water, potatoes and all spices. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 10 minutes
- Add sausage and corn. Return to boil and cook for 10 minutes
- Add shrimp, add an extra quart of water if needed. When returns to a rolling boil drain food set aside. Ladle over some stock for seasoning.
