Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put together
  2. Leave in the fridge overnight
  3. Enjoy!
