- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs sweetener
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put together
- Leave in the fridge overnight
