No Knead Artisan Bread
A quick and easy homemade bread from yeast. This is a great rustic loaf with a nice crust.
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp yeast (1 packet)
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups very warm tap water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients, then add water
- Stir well with a wooden spoon (Should be sloppy)
- Cover for 2-3 hours until it doubles in size
- Preheat oven to 450°F – leave the dutch oven in for 30 minutes before transferring the dough
- Scrape dough out of bowl onto a floured coutner
- Shape dough then transfer to parchment paper
- bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 12 minutes
- Enjoy!
