Crepes

Quick and easy crepes! Great for storing in the fridge for an easy breakfast.

Goes great with any homemade jam!

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 tbs unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth and frothy
  2. Add flour and salt then blend just to combine
  3. Melt a little butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat and cook them!
