Crepes
Quick and easy crepes! Great for storing in the fridge for an easy breakfast.
Goes great with any homemade jam!
Ingredients
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 1/3 cups whole milk
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tbs unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Blend eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth and frothy
- Add flour and salt then blend just to combine
- Melt a little butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat and cook them!
