Bruschetta Dip

Bruschetta Dip
Classic bruschetta dip made with cherry tomatoes!
Ingredients
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 1 large Tomato of your choosing chopped
- 1/3 cup Basil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and dice large tomato.
- Place all tomatoes in a colander to drain for 5 minutes.
- While they are draining chop your basil.
- Add tomatoes and basil to a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Add additional glaze on top if desired.
- Serve with bagel chips and enjoy!
